No silver bullet, gotta be authentic to why you are here. 

For me, I had a marketing internship and realized it was a fucking joke and wanted to make real money and control my  career. Your inputs = your outputs and I value that. 

Once in sales I quickly realized that if you attach yourself to revenue, your career ceiling is really fucking high and can grow yourself quickly.

No right answer here. My go to is that I welcome the challenge that sales brings and other roles just seem boring to me. No 2 opportunities are the same and each one brings on challenges and the ability to win. And I hate losing more than I love winning
