Way 1: Use Navigator for general recruiters.
Way 2: Check for job openings for a company, then go to the company page > people > search for sales recruitment or Talent acquisition.
Way 3: go to search and type “hiring for account executive” or anything. Go to posts, you’ll see all the recruiters who have posted that they’re hiring for so & so role.
Way 4: Build a great LinkedIn profile, let them reach out to you.
