A few weeks ago I posted (https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/what-s-the-next-move/) about the surprise re-org that was announced to our segment, and the impending layoffs that would happen at the turn of 2/1.
I appreciate the guidance the community gave me as I made my case to the sales leaders representing the Enterprise segment.
Happy to share that Christmas came a few days early as I was made a formal offer this week to stay with the company. I'll be promoted to Enterprise AE and it comes with a 5% raise, so while I'm on the lower end of OTE for an ENT rep... my quota should be smaller, and I'll have a better chance at quota and accelerators, and an additional raise opportunity on the company performance annual cycle.
Feeling tremendously grateful to have found this career path that has provided me with so much.
