What strategies have you used to overcome sales objections?

Looking for some tactics to persuade potential customers who have raised objections to buying.

I see you're new here. The more context you give us, the better. I'll help you get started:

- What objections are you getting right now?
- What are you selling, and who are your buyers?
- You are seeking answers to these objections. Do you think that'd be enough?

Instructions like this should be pinned. Can we get a READ ME pinned post? I'm sure you'll make it welcoming and all, but it might help.

Weโ€™ve thought about it a number of times. Then decided not to move ahead. It somehow feels more like closing this space up by enforcing control.

I sometimes feel we can cut some slack for new people whoโ€™re trying to navigate through the war room - even if it takes them a couple of shitty / repeated / out of context posts - to do so.

For a spammer, we immediately bring down the hammer.

I can see that.
I was thinking more of a welcome post - providing some guidance as you did above, with examples of how to get the most out of a question, not "do this or else".

Ideally, that should intrinsically come out from the product (in this case - war room). But if thatโ€™s not happening way too often, itโ€™s hard to disagree with you.

Well, since we all know people don't read rules much, it might not make a difference - but then we could point to something and not seem like gatekeepers ourselves. Right now, it just seems like there are a lot of avoidable vague posts and people can't seem to figure out that the more context provided, the better the responses, but maybe I'm just noticing them more.

Please, take like 2 minutes to offer some more context, or do a simple search.

you need to tell us what the objections are before we can really help.

I am going to assume by your title you sell life insurance?

There is some great info in the acadmey, I highly recommend looking there also.
Mind if you give some more context on the objections?

What objections? At what stage?
You can probably find a past thread on it
