They probably are....but usually, they hit you up after something has come to them from above as well.

We use Teams but I have all sounds and pop ups turned off. If boss needs me they can reach me via the company cellphone they provided.

And they regularly show up 5- 10 minutes late to meetings. Not BS internal, literal meetings with prospects.
When your boss texts you when you're at a doctor appointment asking for something to be done ASAP.
