A few weeks back I saw someone make a post about how in outreach they do conditional tasks as part of a sequence. Say the prospect clicks a link in an email then it progresses them to a different step in the sequence than if they don't click a link.
I tried finding the post again to ask the person about how they do this but no luck.
Does anyone on here have any tips for how they do something similar? Essentially my goal is to set it up so that if someone views an email it immediately bumps them to a call task, if they do not continue in the sequence like normal until they reach the regularly scheduled call task.
Someone on here has to be an outreach guru who knows how to do this. I've heard of people doing it before, but I can't figure out how.
