Woukd you or wouldn't you take a sales role with an average salary and have no commission or bonus plan? Mind you leadership will ask you everyday, where are the sales.

I do now. I initially was hired to do biz dev so with no official notice I’m being measured by sales too and then received an email earlier this week saying, your salary will reduce by “x” until we see more sales. I’ll be outta here soon, very soon.
