Yeah I wouldn't say the WR has directly helped in my job performance, at least not concretely. I've definitely heard some great tips/tricks from folks.

I think what I have learned more here is more on the side of handling internal communication whether is be with 1:1s, exec alignment, or sales engineering

I have had significant growth but I can't say I had a marked improvement thanks to the WR.

I do think it is a great place to vent and confirm we all go through the same challenges, lift each other up and help each other out.
