Second month,second quarter,wassup!!

Still running some deals here that I do hope to close by the end of the month, however my toughest challenge here though -as stated earlier- is the misrouted calls on my sales Queue that's massively impacting my conversion rate that I wish to get resolved soon as the mgmt has promised.

How about where you at, any new deals in the horizon,or is it any better than last month or even first quarter!!
