Consistency and I broke up when I was a kid and we've been having a toxic on-off relationship ever since. But your girl is trying.
I completed (somehow, Jesus!), the week 1 of this series. @Sunbunny31 suggested a weekly post would make more sense since nothing drastically different is going to happen day on day. I think that's true.
So:
Input : a video, a few emails, a lot of calls, a hell lot of LinkedIn messages.
Output: Generated a pipe of $21,000. I think it's fine. Not all of them are solid deals or opportunities to sell to be honest, but I am fine with this progress.
Leads: I had a bunch that were given to me by the marketing team. I've exhausted them all.
Week 1 was all about persona based reach outs. Nothing of this was account based reach-out, everything was persona based. I would know what works better - account based or persona based, after this week. But that said, persona based worked really fine actually. I now have a better understanding of who does what in a company and why (or why not) you should talk to them, even when they are not talking to you.
Experimented a little around the template of the email body, my call tonality and even my signature (just to see if any of these really affect the reach out so much). too soon to conclude.
That said - a confident, yet empathetic tone always gets you a response on call.
A confident and assertive tone gets your replies on emails.
A chill, quirky and no CTA message gets you replies on LinkedIn.
Week 2 is going to get tough because I now have to source leads too. I have run out of what I had through marketing.
