Advice on getting someone to pay??

I have someone that signed almost 2 weeks ago but I'm still waiting on payment and Everytime I call him it goes to VM (why would he sign and then block my number?). won't answer my texts or emails. any advice on getting to someone to get the payment to put this behind me?

How big is the contract? If it's worth it, sick legal and accounts receivable/collections on them.

If it's a platform access situation, shut it down. If you're delivering services or work on a retainer, cease work.

Stop the service and/or implementation calls until payment is locked in. Also, and before that, call the general line and use them sales/bdr skills to get a hold of your contact or another billing contact to get shit done (have "bitch better have my money" playing in the background and you'll love the collections change of pace - I know this from experience :D ).

Use your controller as a boogie man: My CFO is on a tear and I wanted to make sure you didn't lose any service (or our implementation was set back) due to a simple miscommunication in the billing process.
