Has anyone used Clari before, any thoughts on this?

60 users roughly. We use Salesforce as our CRM and there a number of challenges. Manual steps for outbound contact, no visibility into team productivity etc. Pretty much everything they would solve for really. We also use Zoominfo and Cognism as our data platforms.

Why do you have both?

Anyways. Get Salesloft. Combines Clari, outbound, reporting, SFDC integration, ZI and Cog integration, and they’re actually enjoyable to work with on the sales side. I’ve never had a good Outreach experience.

Zoominfo and Cognism are used for different regions because of the data.

If you use Salesforce check their Sales Engagment addon. Or check the unlimited edition which has sales engagment, call insights (like Clari) plus few other things included. Would be good just to compare the options

They do use SFDC and their tool is honesty trash.

SFDC Rev Intelligence and Sales Engagement are not nearly as robust or well built as SalesLoft or Outreach. Only real reason to purchase is if you need to pull a deeper discount lever or you have reseller spend commits to hit and can’t get either of the aforementioned tools.

Salesloft -> SalesForce. The ONLY thing i wish Salesloft did was conditional cadences. If the customer responded to an email, pull them from the First Contact cadence and into the following cadence. Not a deal killer by any means but incredibly useful when you're sifting leads.
