Alignments between sales roles

I joined an organization during covid, prior they had a great 'in-office' culture (or so I was told) and currently everything seems to be very disjointed.

Right now it's feels super toxic. Managers of the teams are fighting for credit, so they are directing thier team members to go behind (other members) backs.


Short of looking for another job, Any other tips?
