We`re having our sales kick off second week of January, and my manager asked us to put together a wish list - what we see as improvements we can have next year in the process, tools, anything.
So, wanted to ask you savages: what`s something you`d ask for?
Here`s a bit of context: I`m a senior AE, with only another junior AE on the team, pre-sales team is 4 ppl, with an SDR team of 4. We`re selling a SaaS solution to enterprise customers ( 5,000 employees plus), in a pretty niche HR Tech space. 2022 went great, targets met and slightly above that too.
I have some ideas of what I`ll ask for, but wanted to tap into your genius as well :)
