Any fellow sales savages working in the eCommerce sales space?

Whats up fellow sales savages, hope everyone had an awesome 4th of July! I recently started a new role and I am looking to get a better understanding of the eCommerce sales space from someone first hand, so I figured I'd reach out to the best community in the game. SaaS behind ratings and reviews for basically every site except Amazon. They send out post purchase emails to collect reviews, moderated them, and had iframe to display them on website. Also provide companies dashboard to analyze reviews and sentiment. Magic was we syndicated reviews from brands websites to retailers (e.g. collect Yeti reviews from people who purchased direct and push them to Cabelas, academy, etc).
