Avoid Peak Sales Recruiting at all costs!

I had a very bad experience with them recently. I interviewed with one of their clients, things went well, and the recruiter informed me that an offer letter was being created. The recruiter then disappeared for a week, no contact at all, and finally comes back with the update that the client is moving in another direction.

I understand that things change but not at the point of an offer letter is being submitted. Add to the fact that this recruiter really did not have a grasp of details on the comp plan and position, was hard to get ahold of, and was really not that professional.

Don't repeat my mistake of working with them. There are far too many recruiting agencies out there that will treat you better.
