I use the Sapphire Reserve and the perks and rewards make my life easier. So I use it.

Agreed. It has been quite some time since I or my wife had to come out of our own pocket on flights domestic or international... Guess it depends on how you spend, but expensing big client dinners and eating our more than I should makes the 3x points on food go a looooong way.

I love my Amex. It just depends on your preference of cashback or points.

Depends upon the type of reward you expect - I like Aeroplan because I can use those points to either purchase flight tickets or choice of my vouchers

I use an airline specific card as lounge access through a card doesnt benefit me, i get that anyway, id rather have points. Choose whatever benefits you the most.

Going to depend on your needs, however a generalist points card is also good to have. I have a few for different purposes (groceries, travel, restaurants, etc)

Same here - example, the Citicard through Costco. Cash back.

RIP-a-rooni! Hopefully the trade off it worth it - if youโ€™re open can you share what those benefits look like?

I like my Chase Sapphire. Not wealthy enough for an Amex.

Haha fair. Cobalt should only be $10 a month (in Canada at least)

I love my Amex. It loves my spending habits apparently.
