No marketing, mayo isn't an MQL
Typically I go with an interest CTA - open to learning more? Etc

Or just a question - How are you solving X currently?

Not personally a fan of calendly links, but my work is forcing me to try it in our automated emails 🤷‍♂️

Agreed. I found a light touch CTA when I'm reaching out to clients about a specific product upsell works better than trying to ram a meeting down their throat.

I'm a fan of "Any interest in exploring further, or is this off base? Let me know either way." Inviting objections gives you a chance to respond to them

Chili Piper and Calendly links reek of desperation. Ask for availability for a certain week, not day. Not pushy, yet somewhat targeted.

I'm in a high volume role with mostly warm accounts, so I find the link works well for me. Would never use it in my prior ice cold SDR role though

I usually don't like using CTAs in cold emails, I just leave it with "I look forward to hearing your feedback!" In the past, I did get some responses with "Let me know if it makes sense for us to reconnect at a later point."

Not a big fan of the calendar link in emails. Big fan of no CTA in the first email, then more of a "do you think this is worth a chat?" in the follow-ups. Josh Braun on Linkedin has some good messaging around that stuff if you're interested

I'm not a fan of Calendly links. For some reason, that is hard for me to explain, I find them obnoxious.

I've never booked an appointment via a calendly link with someone that I haven't had conversations with previously.

I sell them what they need and build a mutual path for growth and the phase2/3 add on.
