Best work day background noise?

I went from a bull pen to work from home, and honestly, the quiet is too much for me. I can't watch That 70s Show, Friends, or The Office again. What's your fave background noise for the work day?

If I'm feeling like picking actual music is too much brainpower at the moment, Spotify has a lot of different instrumental playlists that are really varied and easy to put on and kinda forget it's going. They even have some that include background noises.

I live in a city so cracking the window can also do a lot to bring in some background noise.

Sometimes it's SiriusXM, other times it's the hum of my dehumidifier now that it's swampass degrees outside.

Preach, in the office we'd have the radio on & our CTO would say firstly its distracting but also you need a licence (bullshit, you do but no on will check). Everyone else in the tech team liked it, preferred it, but we couldn't. There was silence for a while, until we chucked spotify on, that's what I miss. Everyone asking for songs to be played.

Gaming music like Skyrim is awesome to work with. Right now the TDF is on in the background.
