I keep bitching here, and I'm sorry, but catching charges is the alternative. 

Aside from my CEO finding any which way to screw me out of commission, I'm now watching leads get routed away from me. 

I was next up on the RR for a demo request. I got the inbound notification when I was on a demo so I quickly sent a response to it while my SE went down a rabbit hole. (My CEO loves to say I have no urgency but doesn't know how a CRM works to actually understand how quickly and frequently sales motions are performed. I'm a "do it yesterday" kind of person anyhow.)

By the time the demo was done the lead was forwarded in an email to the new VP with instructions that they should take the lead and work it because it's our ICP. 

They aren't even trying to hide their bullshit at this point. I would have already told them to eat shit and die if I didn't need health insurance. But here I am, existing in absolute hell every day for the sake of keeping my body alive while my mind disintegrates. 

Additional context:

Our platform doesn't work, never has, and is getting left behind in a rapidly expanding market. Our website is bullshit and advertises products and features we don't have and won't have in the foreseeable future. Every sale that has been made is a bait and switch where dev can't keep up on deliverables written into the contract. We average 1 inbound lead a month.

I'm still job searching and finding it really difficult to speak to my experience here since the only positive will be when I get to leave it. Then it will be when I watch the company crumble from afar.
