1. Use the search bar.

2. Stop writing posts that are only a title with NOTHING in the description.

3. Read the (war) room.

Without knowing what your business and sales cycles are like; before you sent the contract did you know from your prospect who’d be signing, if your champion had approval to move forward and the signer had approval to spend, what the paper process is , who’s involved, and how long it would take, if they had budget, a timeframe for final signature, a mutually agreed reason why it HAS to be signed by X date, and, importantly, before you sent the contract a placeholder meeting booked a few days out with your champion to touch base on progress and take care of any blockers?

Hit them with the “seems like this is no longer a priority, feel free to reach out if it changes.”

Have a drink and forget about it

if you could give a few more details that would be great.

In general this come back to a discovery issue. When they get a contract and ghost, that means

1. they are just price shopping you and are just trying to get the lowest price because they dont believe you have a unique situation.
2. They like YOU but dont have enough urgency to make a decision now.
3. they were really just exploring this idea and had no intention to buy.

i believe all of these can be solved / uncovered durring good discovery. not just on one call but through out the process.

Keep reminding and asking them.

Follow up a few different ways. If you think they're ghosting on purpose, you can try something cheeky like directly addressing the ghosting.

A trick I like is voiding the DocuSign then sending an email saying “Hi X, the DocuSign link expired. Were you still wanting to proceed? If you are, let me know and I’ll resend.”

I would let them be for a while, and send out a "Is everything okay?" text probably.
Weird that they have the patience to negotiate and then ghost after seeing contract. :/ Weird but is common.
