Close To Pulling The Trigger

It's been a minute since I've updated on the insane situation I'm in so here's where I'm at. I imagine to nobody's surprise things at this poop show haven't changed and could go on and on about all that but maybe in another post and that's why I'm close to pulling the trigger. I've been doing sales & biz dev for a long time and after many meetings with colleagues and friends I've come very very close to the conclusion that I'm ready to do my own thing and start my own company. I already have 2 customers that want my help.

Are you a founder or a dreamer?

Can you execute EVERY TINY DETAIL. Be the leader and the resource for everything. Battle the worst series of โ€œnoโ€โ€™s youโ€™ll ever get. And keep the passion burning?

Some people want to be the founder when they really want to be early stage.

If you can, I think it would be a smart move to start your own company. It seems like you really really want to give it a go as well. I am not an expert but I would perhaps try and gauge interest from more than 2 customers so you have a base ready who would be interested in your product.

Thanks for the feedback, the product is me, my experience and my results. 1 of the clients said if I do start my own biz that he has a lot of colleagues that could use my services.

be ready to deal with 10x more nonsense working for yourself but if you feel confident you can get through the shit early years without bankrupting yourself the upside is huge

I believe in who I am and the value I can add and with some of the brilliant people in my corner and willing to help, I'm already setting myself up for success. If I put my everything into it the way I have in other aspects of my life then I'm pretty excited.

as long as you can cover expenses for the ramp up time then it sounds like you're good to go

If you have 2 willing to pay already and it covers your basic expenses then by all means, you could also grow off of it. This may be dumb advice but just be smart about it. Don't let flashy things get in the way of building it out to be successful
