Complete drivel or anything of value?

I used to enjoy LI Sales Voices because they provided so much value - in fact, in past years, I've even won deals from timely content on sales strategies I've used during live deals.

Having said that, are the "sales voices" just complete drivel now? all I see, is the same, boring, high level, no-value sh*t from these "sales coaches", "influencers", experts.

Just nonsense stories about how their kid taking a dump is similar to closing deals, or how an interaction with handbag salesman led to a Mega Deal.

Am I being too cynical or has the quality of sales voices declined so much that's it's not worth following anymore?

I can’t remember the last time I saw something of value there. I’ve met every kind of attempted scam ever thought up. It just blows.

I saved a post the other day, not sure if it was from a 'Voice', but it's been a LONG time since I saw anything of value.
Long story short, it's mostly been drivel for quite some time. So much repetition, so many BS stories, and a lot of patting themselves on the back.

I’m thinking of charging for a course, on how not to buy a course off LinkedIn - think it’s got legs? Haha

Rise and shine, LinkedIn fam! 🌞 Just had an epiphany on my 4am jog while simultaneously closing deals over the phone 🏃‍♂️📱.

You see, sales is a lot like knitting a scarf. Yes, you heard it right, knitting! 🧶 Each stitch is a cold call, each row a deal closed.

Some stitches might slip, heck, sometimes the whole scarf unravels. But do we give up?

No!

We pick up our needles and start again, because that's what champions do! 💪

Remember folks, every 'no' is just a 'not yet'.

So keep knitting those deals until you've got a full winter wardrobe of success.

And if anyone needs me, I'll be here, crafting my empire one stitch at a time. Keep pushing boundaries. Stay hungry, stay humble. 🚀

Very little value. I could get more from typing a question into chat GPT and getting that answer.
