Whenever I click on the flex notification, it directs me back to the Bravado website. Are we only supposed to see flex notifications in the job opportunity section?

I’m confused as to why it was built and launched when there are thousands of reps who can’t sell one product…but let’s let them sell several.

I agree, I fail to see how this concept can be rolled out to the masses.
It seems like it would be aimed at your top 10% sales people and thats who people will want however I also fail to see how it will attract those people as they likely are happy with their current earning plus have little or no additional capacity.

agreed. Also it seems like there is a ceiling of 5k per month? If I spend that same time doubling down on my territory I could make way more money, ensure my job security by crushing my number and fast track myself for a promotion. Any AE that claims to have "extra time on their hands" is not maximizing their territories potential
100% agree with your take. This program won't attract top talent IMO.

You can check it via jobs tab if you’ve been a part of the previous jobs onboarding, but I can totally understand the confusion here. We are shipping a fix for this today so that everyone gets directed to the new onboarding regardless of if they’ve signed up for bravado jobs before or not.
Is flex just going to be outsourced SDRs like the other flex roles of the past? Or is there a plan to bring on outsourced closers?
