Contact Info Provider (need to pay on my own)

Hi All,

My current company has cut expenses tremendously and sellers don't have access to LinkedIn Nav or ZoomInfo.

I was paying for LinkedIn Nav out of pocket, cancelled it, but may join again. ($100 a month hurts)

Contact information is very challenging as well. I have a free apollo.io account for email information, but was wondering if there was a less expensive alternative for cell phone numbers if I have to come out of pocket. It seems if

I want to get cell phones from Apollo it'll also cost $100 a month. (If I close one deal from both of these tools, it pays for itself--- but cash is very tight at the moment). SDRs have ZoomInfo access, but not the AEs. Getting the SDRs to send it over timely is not ideal either.

If you have any ideas, please let me know!

(yes I know I should polish off my resume, etc--- once the market settles and I have more stability on my resume, I may--- but until then, I have to make lemonade)

I think you should look long and hard at your company and the fact that expense cutting is this extreme. Where does it go from here?
You should not be paying out of pocket for this kind of thing.

It's likely time to polish off your resume as this kind of thing doesn't bode well.

How do they expect you to succeed if they don't invest in your process?

Yeah you shouldn't be paying out of pocket for tools a legit company is supposed to provide.

Dude why you want to pay from your pocket? Do your work with only inbound leads?
These are the basic tools sales reps need, if the company cannot spend $100 per month I donโ€™t know whether I should be even working for them.

Don't pay out of pocket unless they're willing to reimburse you, even as a one-off basis.
I would straight up ask management how they expect you to generate leads/pipeline when you have 0 contact information available.

A company taking tools away from you doesn't want you to truly succeed.

I'm in the same situation unfortunately

Bite the bullet and Apollo.io it's the best and cheapest option

Also lowkey you can meet some people on facebook that will add you to their teams LI sales nav seats for like 20 bucks a month just search a few backend groups they're easy to find and surprisingly legit. I got a crunchbase pro membership yearly for 50 USD
