CPA Referral Tips? We'll pay them. A lot.

Anyone use CPAs/accountants as a referral source? My company just launched a revenue share program where partners can make a very large percentage of sales made through referrals.

I used to work this same type of program when I sold for ADP in 2014, but these payouts are way higher. Curious what experience/tips you may have for cold outreach to these potential partners to get them interested. We already have a digital sales room created with an explainer video, brochure, product overview, etc.

No direct experience getting to CPA's (other than finding one for personal use).
However, I would say the most effective way to reach these kind of people is to have some kind of local event. Most are with small firms so getting to them in a networking-style format is likely going to be most effective.
Rent out a room at a restaurant, sent out invitations to local folks in key geos who meet your needs. Set the expectation that it's a networking event for them, where you're buying dinner / drinks and delivering a brief a presentation on a partner program your company is offering for their industry.
