Current Converting CTAs?

Hey savages

It's your boo, been a minute. I am redoing my current cold campaign emails and am wondering if any of you have any banger CTAs that are CURRENTLY working on cold outreach for you PERSONALLY?

Ok- actually going to admit this. Recently tested 2 consecutive fucking emojis at the end of line 1 of a 1 line email to unconverted SMB ghosts who once filled a web form.

Are you still interested in {X} 🐔🔨?

No, I don’t sell chicken hammers. Just making a point. The replies, when negatory, are “no, thanks” compared to “NO!” without emojis. The positive replies are “Yeah, sorry I haven’t reached back out” compared to “maybe.”

Overall total replies neg/pos are 12% higher with emojis than without. I’m calling it a best practice with this segment. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The A/B test is to use different emoji mixes to see what gets any kind of response.
Though I'm leaning toward chicken head and hammer being a powerful CTA myself.

Don't deploy the middle finger/vomit combination. This failed miserable.

I am a big fan of using "would you be against/opposed to connecting"
Feel like that line gets a response a lot, especially as a reply to a cold email

If you break it down what about it seems to be the kicker for you? Giving them an easy out? Starting from negative and going positive? Giving them agency to chose?

A "call to action" getting them to actually do something instead of just reading email.

A no is better than a ghost or a cold maybe.

Look up my Alfred email. Also, emojis increase open rates near 20%. Especially funny ones.

People like funny, direct, and human opens without it sounding like begging or overly courteous.

Quickest way for me to trash an email is “I hope this email finds you well.”
