I think you gotta find someone at Databricks to give you real insight.
If it's just the HR screen you need a pulse and a basic understanding of what they do to pass. Basically want to make sure you're not a total moron.
And that you have a personality ๐ฏ

What phase are you at and what is the interview format and process?

Find a job description for the role you interviewing for and with HR, tick every requirement you can. Talk about you being a team player etc.whatever the company values are and ask what's the process and what's next. Good luck!
^^This is solid advice. I would also hit up a few of their AE's on LI and see if you can talk to them about culture, expectations, what the team looks for, etc.
Back channel to hear what they are looking for in a candidate, check repvue, connect with interview before meeting and send a note after the interview, show why you want to work there, and bring the energy
Remember that when you tell people about yourself, you also want to tell them about your experience as it relates to the job description.
quietly take control of the interview. send the interviewer a list of questions beforehand. That sets the agenda.
