We are growing our SDR team and after I heard the amount we spend advertising the positions I had this idea. Start giving everyone we interview a pair of Yeezy's. Our SDR demographic will love them, it's cheaper than our current process, and everyone walks away wanting to work for us. I know they should because of our pay, culture, advancement, BUT it's so hard to hire out here right now I just wanted to see what my fellow sales savages think...
Note: We would only give them to those we interview with the goal of getting more applications.
