Day 34 - Two Jobs - I'm so over J1

Not a very eventful day had some things come up personally and had to take care of some other things.

Getting very 'OVER' J1- the AE one, looked at the quota board today at pretty much end of month.. 18% quota attainment rate. Getting the idea it's a waste of time to really work here and the pay is worse than my SDR gig RIP.

Think I'm just gonna let it glide to it's death this next month. It's not worth the extra effort/stress.

Talked to Marcus about it too and he had some good advice which you all have shared before too which was pretty much the same, easy to get burnt out or not be able to do great at one. Will see the most success in the program if only applied to one job.

It may or may not be the end of this exciting series we will see. but It's taking a toll on my mental health being a part of that failing team, gaslighting managers, high turnover, low quota attainment, broken processes, failing product.

We rarely have anything happen where I live - quiet hill, only one way out or in.

It involved a neighbor having a fall into the road, though, which wasn't great for her, but her dog fell down a drain and the FD had to rescue it. It was just a bit chaotic. Thank goodness she wasn't worse hurt and the dog was easily rescued. I just kept her still while we hunted for the dog before we figured out where the barking was coming from.

Oh wow that is a bit chaotic! glad everyones okay at the end of the day though. And a quiet hill sounds like a nice place to live.

First home was bought at an outrageous price - but the monthly mortgage including insurance, taxes, etc., was LESS than we were paying in rent, so it was the definition of a no-brainer. Rates were high, too , 7 1/4%, but we refinanced several times and then sold/bought in 2009. Happy on my hillside - and I know you can do it too.

To tie this back to two jobs, the mortgage company will do income verification, so bear that in mind.

Yeah that was a big reason to get the two jobs, to qualify for a good house and get that payment thats lower than rent but I need to fix my credit score first and get more stable!

Yeah, the credit score will help. Also having a decent downpayment too. We were able to do 20%, but that's not often possible.
