got my check yesterday for the second job and I was only paid for one weeks worth of work because apparently my PTO hasn't been approved 'yet' - lol ok haters. fuck off.
Updates on gig 1 (SDR Founder)
Wins
- met my goals yesterday except for video messages and catching up on tasks
- got about 200 new prospects into our CRM for outreach and sequenced
- learned how to mass import on a filtered sales nav list via lusha where as the whole day I had been doing it 1 by 1
- blocking out time each morning for
Losses:
- only had 4 hours of sleep that night and the night before so was burnt out and went to bed at 3 am last night again because of some home issues and overslept my alarm today and a sync with our product person who was supposed to show me around the platform.
- burnt myself out at work spending 6 hours importing leads one by one from linkedIn when I could of done it the mass way listed above
- didn't have time for coaching yesterday besides listening while I imported stuff
All in all it was a pretty rough day but I'm back at it today, got 7 hours of sleep and ready to kick some ass. Doing my best to improve my discipline, focus, and organization.
gonna start keeping a scorecard tracker for how well I do across, sleep, home, organization, prospecting, booking, health, and wealth that i track daily.
