Day 38 - Two Sales Jobs - Took a week of PTO at J1

Boy I hope my manger never sees this.

Took a week of PTO from the shit AE job and couldn't be happier.

Spent my day waiting for J2 process to catchup so I can chase the right contacts and accounts we want to go after and be strategic vs. spray and pray.

So most of the time I just spent going through Marcus Chans training content, attending the coaching session, and trying to get a linkedIn strategy going.

Thinking to start posting 20 times a month with some value adds to my industry, summaries, and giving general deposits.

had my target accounts adjusted down to 25 accounts so it will be interesting to see how that changes what quota is going to be looking like.

Also got my first full paycheck at J2 for the first time so that was nice. now to just save it for a whole month.

Also got a call back for a really cool audiobook I am really excited to do a narration for and ordered some new sound isolation equipment for my Mic to start getting that done.

Training with Marcus has been going really great and you really get what you give. As long as you apply the trainings you can come back with feedback and get coaching based on what you are doing. For now the biggest bottleneck is really just getting processes ironed out at J2 and I'm probably going to wait for a bit before I consider applying for another 2nd role and look very carefully for a great leader and ideally not a hard outbound role but more inbound or relationship building like AM

Got 9 hours of sleep last night

P.S. Also actually having a zoom meeting with someone from the WR for the first time tomorrow so that should be interesting.
