Dealing with a prospect introduced by your CEO?

Hi All,

Im looking for advise on how to deal with prospect that your CEO introduced to you should there be a special protocol in dealing with them? Do they have special expectations or what?


He just said allow me.to introduce you to our SME of the OTP products and you are in safe hands. That is 1st time we have an email from him beside like the usual.


Appreciate any advise or takes or experiences.

I usually receive 2 or 3 of this every Q. As @CadenceCombat said, give a bit of white glove treatment. I would also try to find out if the CEO did any special promises or offerings in order to avoid misunderstandings down the line.

I tried to contact the CEO over Teams but the guy is not responding to me for some reason. But it seems no promises were made judging from the call.
