I know there are a lot of articles about salarys. But I know you savages make tons of OTE. 

But I was wondering if all you savages got the best base plan as well. And wondering if I need to talk to my peers about better base.

Appreciate you putting this out there. I'm a firm proponent of open communication on salary, and it's a bit o' bullshit that it's taboo and frowned upon

Is 95k + the last bracket? Maybe i'm just in a good industry but most jobs are 120k + and some offers at 150k base. Still a 50/50 split for OTE. Digital / programmatic media if y'all are curious.
