Just cuz of having a customer care role besides my main sales one sometimes I feel this way with the Non-Sales customer service calls for taking my conversion rate down, especially in rush hours and when not being in a good mood.
Just curious if you've ever felt or acted the same particularly with those prospects you needed to disqualify:)
