Last month, I moved my Concept 2 rower from my garage into my office...like literally right next to my desk. For some reason I couldn't bring myself to walk 30 feet to the garage during lunch or whenever to get some exercise. I've also added an ab mat and a pair of 25lb dumbbells. I find that I am more likely to intermittently hop out of my chair and do a set of something in between calls, or even on calls where I don't need to be on video or won't be saying anything; just listening.
So to my question: What have people similarly found success doing when it comes to exercise gear or routines ACTUALLY IN your home office (actual office, bedroom, whatever).
If it's a piece of gear, an included Amazon link would be fantastic. Trying to roll into 40 in the best shape of my life...not feeling like I'm at death's doorstep. 🥴
