Hey Team!
I'm currently an AE on the Existing Logo side. I don't any renewals or anything like that, I do upsells in a very strategic setting.
Every time I talk to a recruiter about a new logo role and and they find out that I'm existing logo, I get a response like, "oh...you're existing? This role requires new logo experience."
What gives? My role is very similar, and in some ways harder. Prior to this I led two different SDR teams in performance for a total of 3 years.
What can I do to break into new logo?
