Extract emails and phone numbers from my 1st connections on LinkedIn?

Morning Savages, it`s all in the title really, I want to extract (in Excel) all my LinkedIn 1st connections, including first name, last name, title, company, country, email address and phone number (if any).

With the LinkedIn feature, I`ve already downloaded my connections but it only has the first name, last name, company fields. Not emails or phone numbers.

I`ve googled and what`s out there is mostly tools that will scrap from a search link you provide for them, and then will "guess" the email address based on name, company etc, you know the drill.

I don`t need this, I need to extract contact info ONLY for my 1st level connections, something that most of them have on their profile.

I could do this manually, but I`ve 20k 1st connections, will take a while :)

Any one of you knows of anything out there that can help me save some time?
