IDK if I believe in the 1% better everyday because 100% isn't that far off. I think far better is acknowledging failure and being willing to learn or adopt a better way

I recently read this - lots of solid takeaways. It's a pretty quick read and offers some great insights into how to add "good" habits and kick "bad" ones.
I thought I already read it...turns out I read "Power of Habit" instead haha.
If you don't feel like reading it, there are lots of good summaries out there online.
