From Banking to Tech Sales. Please review my resume

Hey guys! it's me again. I've been asking about moving into tech sales from the mortgage and banking industry and have gotten lots of great advice.

I am working on applying for a few roles, but I wanted to see if any of you can give me some advice or feedback on my resume.

blocked off my current company name as I am still there.
Thank you all so much!
PS: any job openings that you guys think would
be a great fit, please let me know.

I would move all the number based bullets on top and bold the numbers. I sales, hiring managers would also focus on quota and attainment that seem to be missing here.

I think this has already been covered:

1. I usually make two subsections of every company I have been in. One subsections has quotas and KRAs alone. The second has the value that I gave the company. A mix bag of both.

2. The quotas when written in a different format (bold or italics or a different color) grab the attention better.

3. There are some websites available already with readymade formats online. You can obviously try that out.

Mortgage world is amazing, I love it, but as my family is growing I want to get into a career that can be more reliable and with significant advancement opportunities.

In mortgage it’s easy to feel a ceiling. I’m at a high position here and feel there’s not much more to go.

You need a Professional Summary at the top- A small paragraph with a few bullets detailing your career. It’s a great opportunity to include additional buzzwords from the JD.

Not necessarily. I think they're corny.

You have 5-10 seconds to grab someone’s attention. Do you think they want to read all those bullets? No, they don’t and they won’t.

A PS makes it easier to read, provides a chance to include more terms so as to rank higher by the ATS, highlights your accomplishments, can be easily altered to better address specific job requirements, and can help grab the readers attention.

So, no one does not have to include a PS, but you only hurt yourself if you don’t.

Think outside of the box. Nothing grabs my attention. Don’t go crazy, but don’t be at the bottom of the pile.

It’s just an opinion but I like using RAR…Responsibility, Action, Result. This blends job description responsibilities and successful outcomes. Avoid generalities, and mention specific success (numbers) where you can. I like the density, as white space sells nothing (unless you’re in graphic design maybe), but pack more in as things come to mind!
