Good luck to everyone closing the quarter out! Remember don't have your self worth tied to if you hit quota or not. If you hit quota, don't be the ass bragging to everyone.

Everyone has missed a quarterly quota before, let alone this crazy quarter with inflation/cost cutting/layoffs.

I wish I was staring at a dashboard (actually I don’t), in the trenches hustling with my AEs until the final hour of the quarter.

We’re obviously measured on outcomes, but so many things outside of our control can get in the way that it’s more important to focus on efforts vs outcomes.

If I know my team and I have covered every angle and given 100% then I’m satisfied no matter what the final number is. And it’s often a good one 🤞
