A doozy of a deal with this team in Australia. An outbound deal that took 10 months to close, after getting close to closing in Q3 of last year, they paused due to not having enough resources to implement/budget on lockdown since they weren't generating much revenue at the time as a travel company. Fast forward to late March when they get a new head of CRM, and we kick off the eval process. Things went smoothly overall (minus the ask for an opt out last minute) and glad to get this 2 year in.
