I need to hire saas sales heros in india. People who can actually get things done, have existing set of connections & is able to close deals.
Tell me the points I should look for in any sales person's resume. Any hidden tricks which can help me distinguish actuals from bullshitters. 
No offence to any sales profession. I respect the talent but the profession is full of fakes now (at least in india).

It sounds like you need account services or managers so that you can focus on selling. You are the best sales rep for your org and you shouldn’t pivot away from being in that role until your org is so large that you need to focus on managing overall growth and direction.

In this case you are the best seller. Bring on people to handle the other work. Take your focus off of growth now could mean you don't grow later.

There are not set of questionnaires. Pick one part from resume and get into the weeds. Keep it conversational with a lot of open ended questions.

I`d look for someone who held an AE/Closing position for at least 3 yrs, that means they met quota, closed business, earned, before moving to a better opportunity :) Just my opinion though, doesn't have to mean a 100% hit.

Hello Whiskey, There is nothing like someone who has actually successfully done what you need done. Not saying they have done it, but can prove to you with evidence that they have done it.
