Hiring Entry Level Sales Positions?

I'm finding it hard to land interviews. I've applied for quite a few open positions through LinkedIn without much success. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if anyone knows of any companies actively hiring?

It's critical to tailor your resume to each job description to avoid getting auto rejected. It's tough without experience so you may have to try startups.
Use the search bar for who's hiring SDRs, @Gasty has posted quite a few threads on this.

Look beyond the poster who is often in HR. Look for decision maker.
