Spend all 24 hours of Sunday chasing two kids and not thinking about myself or my job. Very relaxing. And with time change it starts at 5am now!
Staying organized and doing a little prep makes them go away for me.
I did a boatload of chores, watched some football, and didn't think about my job.
On Friday, I'd doublechecked my calendar to see what i have this week, and made sure I wrote down what I needed to work on first thing Monday morning. I stopped working on Friday knowing I was set to get going on Monday. Maybe that helped.

i refresh my email all day until i get the obligatory 3-5 emails from the boss at 7 pm who has no life and never stops working!

I think if u get a hobby, for example I play Magic the gathering for years, I really love this game and I play with friends, drink some beers and have a good time, that disconect my self and help me to rest
