it's all about keeping track of things. i.e. Created an outbound cadence that generated X amount of meetings for the team, helped XYZ rep brainstorm & build deck for Company A that lead to a $50,000 MRR deal etc etc --> no one knows what you do outside your dashboard of closed revenue, keep a running doc of the extra additions you're adding to the team and bring them in quarterly/annual reviews with management.
