How much is changing for you going into 2023?

Now that it's december my org has been discussing how we are shifting as we approach Q1. We have a lot in motion, and have been told quota's will be adjusted, comp plans will be adjusted, and teams will be reshaped. One whole team is being moved entirely.

Overall we are growing, which I'm thankful I'm not somewhere that is experiencing layoffs.

Nothing that affects me too negatively, but I'll be pivoting with new accounts and a new territory.


How are things shaking out for everyone else? I feel like I blinked and it's almost Christmas!

I just need two deals to finally sign and I'll be at quota. I hope you're all finding success as we close out the year.

We’ve been told positive change is coming, but I really don’t know what that means in reality. Our SKO is in January, but I hope we find out sooner!

That's great you're close to quota - many aren't.

The changes you describe are the typical ones I see every year - nothing big. Growth is good, especially when it opens doors. I'm hoping for some major positive changes moving into '23 personally. Sell more, make more $$.

Change is a coming for sure but we have 0 details. Lots of uncertainty and infighting so definitely an unsettling time for my team. It’s good your growing (hopefully not overgrowth)!

there have been talks about a "leadership realignment" coming in January and how the company is trying to "be strategic" moving into 2023.

sounds like ppl will be fired and programs will be cut but nothing has been announced. I have been told multiple time by the c-suite that i am not going to be effected.

should be crazy to watch
