I'll be the first to reach my compensation objective as I'm now the top SDR at my company with our new team that just began this year. How can I keep challenging myself to improve for Q2 so I'm able to continue to be the best SDR in my company? How can I build on my present success to become even more successful in Q2?

While this is definitely something to celebrate, and congratulations, If this is a new team for you, you'll need to keep producing quarter after quarter. The true test will be if you can keep this up consistently. Put those numbers up for a year, and then you'll have something to put a stake in.

Definitely. I'd just focus on being consistent. If you can repeatably land at the top, quarter after quarter, good things will start coming you way (aside from the boosted commish)

I always tell my SDRs to start talking more responsibility than what they are doing so they help create a way for them to become an AE. They do more, they find challenging, they come up with more questions and learn more. Keep doing what you are doing, be competitive but donโ€™t get bogged down when others are doing better, be appreciative and take it as a challenge.
