How to deal with narcissistic colleague

How to deal with an ego driven team lead, who wants to control, doesn't communicate and then blame me for lack of clarity in my communication with her

Yeah I know it's possible b/c an angry prospect did it to me during my BDR days LOL and I had to explain to IT why the filter was catching so much crazy shit. Good thing the prospect let me know his plans in writing like a new-age bond villain. Was effective and added it immediately to the arsenal, minus the telegraphing the deed.

It will all start with your ability to emotionally dissociate from their immature temperament. If you can maintain objectivity over whatever the situation is, support your solution minded intention with documented evidence of the contrary, you'll be able to leapfrog that colleague and have top down realignment. This of course assumes you have decent rapport with folks higher up on the food chain
