Figure out how much revenue you’re sourcing and what the percentage of overall ARR and total yearly revenue you’ve sourced is (put yourself up against the team). Then put together a number you’re comfortable with (base + OTE) and present to appropriate stakeholders in your org. Make that number 10-15% higher than the actual number your want. Good luck
